 Another
first for IFS Group of Companies. IFS Courier Express which opened
its doors in October 1998 to compliment a full range of global transport
and logistics services, has just received major recognition from the
world's largest international express transportation company, The
Federal Express Corporation - "FedEx".
IFS Courier Express are now not only a licensee of FedEx, handling
their sales development throughout Northern Ireland, but have also
just been awarded joint livery status from the courier giant. "This
accreditation is a major step forward for our courier division"
commented Mark Johnston, Director of the IFS Group of Companies. "FedEx
have been delighted with the professional approach and value-added
that IFS Courier Express has brought to the local platform, thus enhancing
and complementing what is considered the most sophisticated global
express courier system in the world." This is an even bigger
accolade that first realised, as IFS are the first authorised shipper
outside of the USA who have been awarded joint livery status.
FedEx is a household name synonymous with courier services worldwide.
It is IFS's aim to ensure FedEx also become a household name in Northern
